What information is collected

Information collected through the website is limited to what a user voluntarily submits via the contact form: full name, email address, phone number (if provided), subject, and message content.

Is providing information mandatory

Providing details in the contact form is voluntary. Not completing the fields marked as required will prevent the inquiry from being sent and answered.

Purpose of collection and use of information

Information submitted through the form is used by the firm solely to respond to the submitted inquiry and to communicate about it. It is not used for marketing, advertising or profiling, and is not shared with third parties for such purposes.

Who may receive the information

Information submitted through the contact form is delivered to the firm's email inbox. Solely for the purpose of delivering that message, the information may pass through an external email delivery provider (see "Service providers" below). Otherwise, the information is not sold, rented, shared or transferred to third parties.

Service providers (data processors)

The website includes the technical infrastructure to send contact-form messages via the external email delivery service Resend. Where actually activated, this provider acts as a data processor on the firm's behalf, solely to deliver the message, subject to its own privacy policy and terms of use. The website does not currently use any additional service providers (such as analytics, advertising, or external data storage tools) beyond website hosting and the email delivery service described above.

International data transfers

If the external email delivery service described above is active, processing the submitted message may involve servers located outside Israel, in accordance with that provider's policies. The website does not carry out any other transfer of information outside Israel.

Cookies and tracking technologies

As of the date this policy was last updated, the website sets no cookies of its own and does not use analytics tools, marketing pixels, advertising networks, or any other tracking technology. Accordingly, no cookie-consent request is displayed on the site.

Should such tools be added in the future, they will only run subject to consent given in advance, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Data security

The firm takes reasonable measures to protect submitted information, including the use of an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and basic validation of incoming data. However, no method can guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

Data retention

Inquiries received through the contact form are retained only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry. A more detailed, finalized retention schedule has not yet been set by the firm, and this policy will be updated once one is established.
